Overview

The Study Guide of UdK Berlin is the first point of contact for questions about applications and studies. Contact is available by email, phone, or in person at the InfoPoint. The service answers general questions about application procedures, admissions, enrollment, re-registration, leave of absence, part-time study, guest auditor status, study locations, contact information, and replacement of lost Campus Cards.

Summer Hours

From July 13, 2026 to September 18, 2026, the Study Guide InfoPoint desk will be closed on Mondays and Fridays. However, telephone and email contact remains available.

Email Contact

Reach the Study Guide at [email protected]. Include your full name, application or matriculation number, and degree program in your email. You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. Response time is typically one to three days. If the question cannot be answered directly, it will be forwarded to the appropriate UdK staff.
