Get matched →The Cedar Rapids Public Library has dedicated exhibition spaces for local art across three locations: a gallery on the third floor of the Downtown Library, a gallery at Ladd Library, and display cases near the skywalk at the Downtown Library. The new Busse Branch library will open in September 2026 to include an art gallery as well.
The galleries focus primarily on two-dimensional works. Display cases are ideal for small sculptures, ceramics, and three-dimensional pieces.
Typical exhibits last about 2-3 months. Pricing can be displayed while works are on display, though sales inquiries will be referred to the artist.
Special consideration is given to works produced by local artists.
