About
Overview
Now in its ninth year, uncoveredcollective is a not-for-profit artist-run organisation that curates group exhibitions in non-traditional venues across London. Their aim is to offer a snapshot of current art practice outside commercial galleries and museums, showcasing eclectic works in dialogue with each other.
Exhibition Details
- Exhibition dates: Saturday 31st October and Sunday 1st November, 10 am–4 pm
- Private View: Friday 30th October, 6–9 pm
- Venue: Safehouse, 137/139 Copeland Road, SE15 3SN (Copeland Park, Peckham)
Theme & What We Seek
Electronic Graffiti. All work considered, including performance and film/video (though limited spaces for these). Particularly interested in site-specific work responding to or in dialogue with the Safehouse location.
How to Submit
- Submit up to 3 artworks per artist; only one will be selected for the show
- Complete an individual form for each work submitted
- Must have a free CuratorSpace account to submit
Key Dates
- Submission deadline: Sunday 30th August 2026
- Artwork drop-off: Wednesday 28th October, 10 am–2 pm
- Artwork collection: Sunday 1st November, 4–6 pm
Fees & Costs
No submission fee (not-for-profit). If selected, artists contribute £70.00 towards exhibition running costs. No commission taken on sales.
What We Offer
Networking with fellow artists, promotion via Instagram (1500+ followers), professional curation, setup/takedown, individual lighting of each work, wine at private view, documentation, and online archiving. Exhibition is fully invigilated. Personal Liability Insurance covers people and venue only; artists must insure their own work if required.
