The 44th Magic City Art Connection (MCAC) is Birmingham's premier contemporary fine art festival, featuring 150+ fine art booths, special exhibitions and installations, live music and cultural performances, and Corks & Chefs tasting event. The festival takes place at Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark, an outdoor setting that transforms into an art and cultural epicenter.

Open to all fine artists 18 years of age or older. Artists are chosen for participation by a Jury. The Jury reserves the right to review and approve or refuse artwork presented for consideration.

  • Limited Premium Booths available (Double, Corner, Spray Pond Walk - no guarantees)

Multiple Categories: Artists wishing to apply in more than one distinct medium must submit separate applications; only one jury fee charged. Contact [email protected] for coupon code for second application. Collaborating Artists: Groups of 2+ artists working together apply as one joint entry. Multiple Artists: Up to 3 individual artists may exhibit together in one booth; each must submit individual applications.

Entry fee
Early Bird Application Fee: $35 (by September 1, 2026). Regular Application Fee: $50 (by November 1, 2026). Both nonrefundable. Booth Fee due separately by October 1 (early bird) or December 1 (regular).
