Overview
A 10-day immersive residency coordinated by curator Agnaldo Farias exploring the theme of Art and Nature. The residency welcomes artists across disciplines (painting, music, literature, performance, etc.) to engage with the natural and symbolic dimensions of the location, including forest legends, environmental concerns, and community dynamics. Completion of a finished work is not required.

Location & Accommodation
Located in São Sebastião, Brazil. All residents receive individual suite accommodation, full meals, and access to shared facilities including kitchen, laundry, pool, and gathering areas.
Studio & Equipment
Facilities include collective studio space, woodworking workshop, ceramic kiln, recording studio, sewing machine, projectors for indoor and outdoor use, free internet, internal parking, and community bicycles.
Eligibility
Open to artists of all disciplines. Preference given to Afrodescendant and Indigenous artists.
Fees
- R$ 3,900.00 (divided into 3 installments or 5% discount for full payment upfront)
- 1 full scholarship and 2 partial scholarships available, especially for Afrodescendant and Indigenous artists
- Acceptance letters provided to help artists seek additional funding
