Street Fair and Car & Bike Show 2027

Overview

Join the 26th Annual Historic Downtown Street Fair and Car & Bike Show on January 16-17, 2027 in Casa Grande, Arizona. Expected attendance is 25,000-40,000. Features include a Saturday car show, beer garden, live entertainment both days, and a children's area. This is not a jury show.

Key Dates

• Returning exhibitor deadline: October 17, 2026 (recommended)
• General submission deadline: December 23, 2026
• Check-in: Friday, January 15, 2027, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM at 110 W. 2nd Street
• Saturday check-in: 7:00 AM onward (enter from Sacaton Street)
• All vehicles must be removed by 9:00 AM Saturday

Submit 2 photos with your application: 1 of your booth and 1 of merchandise to be sold.

• Application fee: $25

Important Information

Space reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis based on payment dates. No electricity is provided at vendor booths. Security patrols will be conducted Friday 8:00 PM–7:00 AM Saturday and Saturday 5:00 PM–7:30 AM Sunday. Merchandise is left at vendor's own risk. No camper/RV parking at the event.

Vendor Setup & Check-In

Exhibitors must receive their registration pack and booth number before setup. Convenient parking for check-in is available at Central Lutheran Church, 324 N. Sacaton Street. However, do not plan to park there for the duration of the events.

Food Vendors

All food vendors (food trucks, pop-ups, and pre-packaged food) must meet all Pinal County Health Guidelines. Email [email protected] with your vendor info, menu, and photo of setup before applying.
