Irvine Fine Arts Center invites artisan vendors to apply for the 44th Annual Holiday Faire. This juried event will feature talented local artists showcasing unique handmade gifts for purchase including holiday décor, hand-blown glass, ceramics, jewelry, folk crafts, stationery, clothing, small-batch artisan cottage items and more.

  • Submission deadline: August 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PDT
  • Jury notifications: September 9, 2026
  • Accepted applicants must submit booth fee by September 23, 2026
  • Event date: November 7, 2026, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The event will be held at Great Park Palm Court in Irvine, California. Booth spaces are 10 x 10 feet. A maximum of two pre-approved exhibitors can share a single booth. Exhibitors are required to bring their own canopies, tables, chairs, table covers, display items, and 75 lb. safety weights per canopy leg. Vendors must have the ability to physically move their items into their space with minimal to no assistance and should have carts and/or dollies in good condition.

Eligible vendors create their artworks, crafts, and unique offerings by hand. No mass-produced items are allowed. No items with copyrighted imagery will be considered. Applications that include AI-generated images will not be considered. All items for sale must be of original artwork produced by the exhibitor.

  • Apply by August 31, 11:59 p.m. PDT
  • A minimum of 8 images and a maximum of 12 images of handmade products are required, including one image of booth setup
  • Image of booth setup is required in all applications; applications without a booth image will not be considered
  • All items must be original artwork produced by exhibitor; no imports or mass-manufactured goods allowed
  • No copyrighted imagery; applications using AI-generated images will not be considered
  • Exhibitor booth fee: $175 (all sales go to exhibitor)
  • Non-refundable convenience fee of 2.4% charged for credit card transactions
  • Non-Irvine residents must purchase a One-Day Special Event Business License for $23.00
  • Cancellations made in writing via email at least 30 days prior to event receive a credit good for 1 calendar year; cancellations within 30 days forfeit all paid fees

City of Irvine Business License required of all vendors conducting business on City premises. Non-Irvine residents can purchase a One-Day Special Event Business License for $23.00. California Department of Tax and Fee Administration Form CDTFA-410-D must be completed.
