About the Residency
Zhengbin Harbour Museum of Art was founded in 2021 at Keelung's Zhengbin Fishing Harbor. Space Moor is a permanent venue serving as a creative hub for discovering the city and the museum's year-round exhibition space. Two programs are available: Exhibition & Sales and Artist Residency.
Who Can Apply
Young creatives and practitioners working in artistic creation, cultural promotion, social design, cultural and creative industries, and related fields. Applicants must be able to communicate and complete the application process in Chinese.

Exhibition & Sales Program
- Cost: NT$8,000 per month
Artist Residency Program
- 2F Bunk bed accommodation: NT$6,500 per person per month
- 3F Private room: NT$8,000 per person per month
Application Timeline
Applications may be submitted at any time during 2027 and will proceed to review upon receipt. Within 5–7 business days of receiving your application, the organizer will contact you by email to arrange an online interview. The application result will be sent by email within 3–5 business days after the interview.
How to Apply
Review the 2026 Application Guidelines, prepare your portfolio and project proposal, and complete the application form through the link provided in the guidelines. A staff member will contact you to arrange a second-stage interview.
- Entry fee
- Exhibition & Sales: NT$8,000 per month. Artist Residency: 2F bunk bed accommodation — NT$6,500 per person per month; 3F private room — NT$8,000 per person per month.
- Theme
- Proposals engaging with Keelung's harbour and maritime culture are particularly encouraged, though applications are welcome regardless of discipline, theme, or medium.
- Eligibility
- Open to artists able to communicate and complete the application process in Chinese.
