REON invites international art practitioners, educators, researchers, designers, and architects working across diverse approaches to clay and ceramics for a residency in the mountainous village of Porta on Corfu island. The program offers an open-ended environment for work, research, and play suitable for highly independent practitioners.

  • Application period: May 17–July 5, 2026 (23:59 GMT+3)
  • Notification: July 12, 2026
  • Residency: mid-September–October 2026

2–4 weeks in Porta, Corfu island, Greece.

Open to international art practitioners and educators working with clay and ceramics. Recent graduates and individuals with gaps in their career are welcome to apply without further justification. Highly independent practitioners preferred due to the rural nature of the space.

Artists may apply with either an existing project/idea that could meaningfully engage with or benefit from the rural island context, or a new site-specific proposal. While the program centers on clay, proposals that respond thoughtfully to the island context without directly engaging the material are also considered.

€15, payable via bank transfer.
