  • Friday, January 8: 4:00 PM–10:00 PM
  • Saturday, January 9: 11:00 AM–10:00 PM
  • Sunday, January 10: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Friday, January 8: Check-in and setup 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • Saturday, January 9: Check-in and setup 6:00 AM–8:00 AM
  • Sunday, January 10: Show hours 11:00 AM–6:00 PM

Submit a minimum of 4 images for consideration.

  • Application fee: $15
  • Booth fee payment due: December 8, 2026
  • Late fee of $50 applies if booth fee payment is not received by deadline and a space becomes available
  • Overnight security Friday and Saturday evening
  • Easy load-in and load-out

If booth fee payment is not received by December 8, 2026, invited artists and vendors will automatically be moved to the waitlist. If space becomes available, you will be contacted with a $50 late fee applied.
