A boutique outdoor art and craft show featuring a maximum of 81 artists at JD Hamel Park on the bay in downtown Sarasota. The focus is on handmade and artist-designed items, with consideration for unique/creative gift ideas, authors, inventors, and designers. No music, booze, or food—focus is solely on art, craft, and unique gifts.

  • Saturday & Sunday, February 20-21, 2027, 10am to 5pm
  • Location: JD Hamel Park, 199 Bayfront Dr, Sarasota, Florida
  • Setup: Saturday morning 6:30am to 9am (all vehicles must be off festival footprint by 9am)
  • Outdoor setting with easy load-in and load-out next to booth
  • Artist—made by my hands
  • Artist—production/studio work (no more than 2 assistants)
  • Artist—studio work with more than 2 assistants
  • Craft—made by my own hands
  • Craft—production/studio work (no more than 2 assistants)
  • Inventor—created an innovative concept that is put into production
  • Designer—creates all designs and images that may be utilized in final creation
  • Other, describe—this includes fair trade and anything NOT made by your hands
  • Sponsor (start $600)—home service repairs, car dealerships, and any large contract type retailer (limited to no more than 4-6 spaces)
  • Categories capped with no more than 25% jewelry

Submit a minimum of 4 images for jury review by a panel of experts. Your booth display must reflect the pictures sent in for jurying—no exceptions. If your display changes, send updated photos. Booth checks will be done Friday am.

  • Booth fee: $399 if paid before Dec 20; $449 if paid after
  • Application jury fee: $25
  • Sponsors: start at $600
  • All artist exhibitor tents must be white (no exceptions; branded sponsor booths excepted)
  • No cheap camping tents; pop-up tents not recommended due to wind/rain issues
  • If using EZ UP or umbrella-type pop-up tent, minimum 40 pounds per leg required (160 pounds total)
  • Displays must be professional and pleasing to the eye; no hand-made signs
  • Booth space should reflect your creativity and not infringe on neighbors without show director approval
  • No chairs in walkways or obstructing neighbors or art show flow
  • Participating artists listed on Facebook event page for each event
  • Designated reserved unloading area
  • Staff support on location throughout event
  • Marketing & advertising: social media ads, posters, rack cards, local tourism websites, local area signs and print ads

You will receive a setup email about 30 days before the event. Booth numbers are given out when you check in. There is no day-before setup. Please reach out if you need assistance with applying or booth setups.
