About
Overview
The Startup Grant supports new artistic creative activities by up-and-coming artists and art organizations developing activities in the Tokyo art scene. The program targets performances, exhibitions, art projects, participation in international festivals, and international collaborations to help young talents establish a foothold in future artistic activities.
Eligibility
Projects must be sponsored by an individual residing in Tokyo or an art organization with headquarters in Tokyo. For international art creation activities conducted only in Tokyo, overseas art organizations and artists must play a major role in the project.
