The Lakewood Ranch Art Festival takes place at the Mall at University Town Center (UTC) in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota County, Florida. The venue is a premier shopping and dining hub with over 150 stores and restaurants. The festival is outdoor-based and features both fine art and a separate craft section. Crafters are encouraged to apply and should select 'craft section' as their category when applying.

The Mall at University Town Center, Lakewood Ranch (Sarasota County), Florida. Daytime and overnight parking available near the show site. RV parking is not currently confirmed.

Standard booth size is 10x10. Limited 10x20 booths are available; a double booth image must be submitted and approved.

Minimum 3 images required to apply. Non-refundable jury fee: $35. If invited to participate, submit a booth fee of $575.00 immediately to secure your space (paid directly to Howard Alan Events, not through Zapp). Accepting on Zapp does not secure your space.

Howard Alan Events operates an ongoing jury process; applications are juried in order of date received. Early application is recommended, as the show and/or categories may reach maximum allotment and close. Once closed, applicants are applied to the waitlist only.
