The Nest is approximately 1,500 square feet of shared creative production space designed for artists, makers, designers, fabricators, and creative teams who need room to build, paint, assemble, prototype, prep, store, and spread out.
Who should apply
Muralists, sculptors, installation or public artists, set or scenic designers, furniture makers, fashion designers, prop makers, photographers, event designers, or anyone whose creative practice needs more room.
Access & amenities
Members have access to shared large-format workspace Monday–Saturday from 9 AM–10 PM, along with free parking, a utility sink, surround sound, on-site security, and the option to add dedicated storage space.
Membership & fees
- Memberships start at $175/month
- Dedicated 10×8 or 10×16 storage space available from $250/month
- Limited $35 day passes available for occasional use
