Get matched →The Crocker-Kingsley Exhibition, first juried in 1940, is a prestigious national art competition. Works selected by juror Naz Cuguoğlu, a curator of contemporary art at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco, will be displayed in all 4 galleries at Blue Line Arts. The Crocker Art Museum's curatorial staff will select approximately 6 works to display at the museum following the show at Blue Line Arts. All materials are welcome, including installation.
All mediums are welcome, including installation. All wall-hung artworks must be ready to hang with appropriate hardware and wire installed prior to delivery (no sawtooth hangers). Artwork must be able to enter through doors with clearance of 94"h x 91"w. Ceilings are 10 feet tall. No heavy machinery on site.
Apply through Callforentry.org. Submit 1–10 images in JPG format, 1–3 mb in size, minimum 1200 px on one side. Please capitalize first letters of all names, titles, and medium in application.

All artwork must be for sale. Blue Line Arts handles all sales transactions. Non-member artists receive 50% commission from gallery sales; members receive 60% commission. No accepted entry may be withdrawn or sold outside the exhibition prior to closing.
The artist is responsible for all shipping costs and must include a prepaid return label from FedEx or UPS. For USPS shipments, the artist must pay for return shipping if artwork does not sell. Shipped artwork will be returned the week following the show if not selected for the Crocker Art Museum. If dropping off artwork in person, you must pick it up after the show; Blue Line Arts cannot organize shipping.
