Casa na Ilha is a self-directed residency for artists of any discipline set on an island off the Brazilian coast, providing uninterrupted work time supported by an on-site tutor. Small cohorts of artists from different disciplines work on their own projects while living in shared spaces designed to encourage peer exchange and connection with the local community and environment.
Location
A coastal island municipality known for beaches, hiking trails, waterfalls, and a ferry connection from São Sebastião; cruise port schedules are also listed.
