The Wrong Biennale presents Moons, Castles, Trees | AI Chronotopes, curated by Danish artist and photographer Kasper Bergholt in collaboration with the Copenhagen Chronotopes Art Gallery. The exhibition calls on artists from all over the world to respond to the question: 'What happens when AI dances, strolls, is found?' Inspired by Nick Cave's poem Cinnamon Horses, the curatorial concept draws on poetic imagery: horses dancing under strawberry moons, castle ruins, and turpentine trees.

Open to artists from all over the world, of any age, background, or experience.

Accepts photography, new media, mixed media, painting, and text works. Submissions may be analog, digital, AI-generated, or any combination of these, but must be still images—between one and six works per artist.

  • Application deadline: September 15, 2025
  • Exhibition: November 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026
