Overview
Nordic Culture Point offers multiple funding programmes supporting arts and culture collaboration across the Nordic and Baltic region. Programmes support individual artists, organizations, networks, and youth-focused cultural projects.
Available Programmes
- Kultur- och konstprogrammet (Culture and Art Programme): Supports Nordic collaboration in arts and culture
- Short-term network funding: For professionals working together up to one year
- Demos: Supports civil society through cultural, social, and political projects
- Volt: Culture and language programme for children and youth in the Nordic region
- Mobility Funding: Travel and accommodation support within Nordic and Baltic countries
- Residens B28: Creative residency on Sveaborg for professionals in all art areas, 1–6 weeks (October 2027 – March 2028)
- Norden 0-30: Support programme for youth organizing and participation

Language
Applications may be submitted in all Nordic languages and English, except the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture, which requires English.
After Funding is Approved
- Approve the contract via the application portal to enable first payment (must be done within one year of funding decision)
- Submit interim report if funding exceeds EUR 30,000 to receive second payment
- Provide credit to financiers in all project communications
- Submit final report and accounts for final payment instalment
- If funding exceeds EUR 30,000, accounts must be approved by a certified accountant
