Rose Squared Fine Craft Show Spring Rittenhouse Square invites fine craft artists to exhibit at this outdoor event in Center City Philadelphia, drawing a robust crowd of wealthy patrons from the city, surrounding suburbs, NJ, and DE. The show is strictly fine craft—no apothecary, artisanal food, drawing, painting, watercolor, or stone or bronze sculpture.

  • May 6, 2027 (Thursday): Setup 9am–9pm
  • May 7, 2027 (Friday): Setup before 7am (vehicles must be removed by 7am); show 10am–6pm
  • May 8, 2027 (Saturday): Show 10am–6pm
  • May 9, 2027 (Sunday): Show 10am–5pm; breakdown 5pm–9pm

Open to fine craft artists. This show does not allow pop-up tents of any design or manufacturer; artists must use professional tents provided by The Tent Guys. Artists planning to showcase jewelry must apply separately in the Jewelry category and be accepted to sell jewelry. The artist must be present; buy/sell, representatives, and candles are not accepted.

Submit 4 images of original fine craft work plus 1 booth display image. Digital images are reviewed blind by 3 art professionals; artists are assigned a number and judged only on images, not other qualifications. Booth image should be taken from the front showing three walls without identifiable signage or the artist present. Artists may submit up to 3 applications when entering multiple categories (but jewelry must be applied for separately).

Limited to 160 booths. Location: 18th and Walnut Streets (Rittenhouse Square), Philadelphia, PA 19103. Thursday timed load-in and setup, Sunday tear-down. Professional staff on-site throughout the show. 24-hour security provided by Philadelphia off-duty police. Extensive marketing and PR, including promotion on Rose Squared website with artwork images, email contact, and business website links. Tent rental (including display items) available through The Tent Guys.

Certificate of Insurance naming Rose Squared Art Shows/Art-Linx, LLC as additionally insured is due 45 days before the show (March 22, 2027). Artists are responsible for proper insurance and protection of work and booth. Rose Squared is not responsible for damage due to weather, accidents, or unrelated incidents. Jury selection is based solely on artistic excellence in original work. An invitation to participate does not guarantee booth space; more artists are invited than spaces available to ensure a full, well-curated show. Once the show reaches capacity, any invited artist who has not paid their booth fee by the deadline will be automatically moved to the waitlist without additional notification.
