The Nordic Library at the Nordic Culture Point is a specialized library in Helsinki featuring literature from and about the Nordic region. The library is currently closed for renovation and will reopen in September 2026. Borrowed books may be kept until the library reopens, with loan periods extended automatically.

The library offers fiction, non-fiction, children's books, and magazines in Danish, English, Finnish, Faroese, Greenlandic, Icelandic, Norwegian, Sámi, and Swedish. Library card holders can also access Nordic films via the Cineast digital streaming service.

The newly renovated library will feature a wide range of reading and study spaces and a children's area for exploring the latest children's books.

The library regularly hosts literary events including book circles, discussions, language cafés, and author events. Programs are also organized for daycare and school groups throughout Finland.

Educational support material for picture books from all Nordic countries is produced free of charge in all Nordic languages. Material can be used as discussion openers in schools, libraries, and at home. Digital reading sessions featuring poet Annika Sandelin are available in Swedish and Finnish.
