The program is customized according to the artist's goals regarding duration, outcome, and focus. It can be a moment of transition connected to experimentation, research, and learning new techniques, or it can consolidate a project into the production of a new body of work.
Open to artists 21+ based anywhere in the world, at any career stage. Spouses/partners allowed for full stay (non-collaborators). May apply individually or as a team.
Ceramics/Clay Arts, Pottery, Drawing, Installation Arts, Interdisciplinary Arts, Mixed Media, Sculpture, Visual Arts.
Private studios, shared studios, dedicated studio/shop with part-time technicians, project discussion. Electric Kiln (1260º) 220L, Electric Kiln (1050º) 160L, 3 electric pottery wheels, well-ventilated spray room, and access to workshops and equipment according to participant experience.
