DutchCulture | TransArtists organizes workshops on artist-in-residence opportunities and career development. Workshops focus on recognizing and articulating trends in the field, with formats designed to fit the needs of artists seeking information about residency opportunities, internationalization, and professionalization. Workshops can focus on specific disciplines (visual arts, performing arts, film, literature, music, design, curatorial practice, creative industries) or crossover and interdisciplinary opportunities. Workshops are also organized for (potential) residency organizers, introducing different models of residency including research, short or long-term projects, retreat, production, public presentation, thematically focused, and socially focused residencies.
