Overview
This 6-session painting class introduces students to oil paint and painting from observation with no prior art experience needed. Students will learn about color properties (value, temperature, intensity), color mixing, composition, and various painting techniques including layering and direct application.

Supplies
Supplies are not included in tuition. An updated supply list will be sent to students 1 week before the class begins.
Health & Safety
Students experiencing cold and flu-like symptoms (cough, fever, sore throat, congestion) are asked to wear a mask. MoCA Arlington can provide medical masks if needed. Students feeling unwell with worsening symptoms should stay home.
