Overview

Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington offers creative summer camps for ages 5-18. Campers will explore visual arts through 2D and 3D media projects, learn artistic techniques, and study contemporary artists. Some camps include museum gallery tours and access to collegiate fine art and ceramic studios.

Dates & Schedule

  • Program runs June 22 - August 21, 2026
  • Age groups: 5-7, 8-10, 11-14, 14-18
  • Full & half day options available for ages 5-10 only
  • Teen and pre-teen camps run 11am-3pm
  • Innovation Studio & Store camps: July 20-24 and July 27-31

  • Marymount University: 2807 N Glebe Rd., Arlington, VA 22207 (9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm)
  • Innovation Studio & Store: 525 14th Street S, Arlington, VA 22202 (10am-4pm)

Care & Amenities

  • Complimentary Before & After Care for ages 5-10 at MoCA Arlington (Before Care begins 8:30am, After Care ends 5:30pm)
  • Complimentary Before Care (9am) and After Care (5pm) at Innovation Studio & Store
  • Supervised lunch break available for students in both morning and afternoon camps
  • Students must bring own nut-free bagged lunch; lunch outside when weather permits
  • No before or after care at Marymount University location
