The Roswell Spring Arts & Crafts Festival is a juried, outdoor arts and crafts festival produced by AFFPS. The free event is held on the Roswell City Hall Grounds in historic Roswell, Georgia, and features approximately 100–120 accomplished artists and fine crafters showcasing original, handmade work across a wide range of media. The festival attracts art collectors, local residents, and visitors from across Metro Atlanta.

  • Accept applications: May 5, 2026
  • Accept invitation & purchase deadline: March 3, 2027
  • Wait List Released: As deemed necessary by show/category
  • Event dates: May 1–2, 2027
  • Load-in: Friday, April 30, 2027 (1:00 PM–6:00 PM, dolly in with limited drive-up spaces); Saturday, May 1, 2027 (8:30 AM–9:00 AM, dolly in from parking lot)
  • Festival hours: Saturday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM; Sunday 11:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work must be original and handmade. Select from: 2-D Mixed Media, 3-D Mixed Media, Ceramics, Digital Art, Drawing & Printmaking, Fiber, Glass, Handicraft, Jewelry, Metal, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, or Wood & Furniture.

Submit a minimum of 4 images of your work. Late applications may be accepted at the discretion of the Director and included on the Wait List.

  • Non-refundable administrative processing fee: $30

Original, handmade work only. Prohibited items include: T-shirts and commercial clothing, posters, manufactured toys, commercially manufactured or reproduced items (resale), jewelry made from more than 50% manufactured components, and any item using commercially available molds or patterns.

  • No-show: Artists not checked in by Saturday 7:00 AM are considered no-shows; no refunds and space forfeited to wait-list artist
  • Rain or shine: No rain date; fees not refunded in case of inclement weather
  • Sales tax: Artists responsible for collecting and reporting 8% sales tax (Georgia 4%, Fulton County 3%, City of Roswell 1%)
  • Free parking available for artists and guests in close proximity; parking on residential streets not permitted
  • Water provided for artists Saturday and Sunday
  • Booth sitters available upon request
  • Designated festival hotline during event hours
  • 24-hour onsite security
  • Professional marketing through PR, digital/print media, radio, TV, billboards, social media, and 300+ online calendar entries
