Overview
The Bay Harbor Islands Arts Festival is a 2-day, FREE to the public community event with an anticipated attendance of 10,000 in a community of dedicated art buyers and supporters of the arts. The festival features oversized booth spaces, convenient Friday setup with drive-up access and reserved artist parking. Activities include a high school art exhibit, children's interactive art area, music stage with regional performing arts groups, and upscale dining vendors.

Eligibility & Jury Process
All work must be done solely by the exhibiting artists. Artists are selected by blind jury based upon quality of workmanship, originality, and artistic conception. The jury is a four-member panel of diverse art professionals convened in the same room with computer monitors for scoring. A waitlist by category will be established based on jury scores.

Application Requirements
- Five (5) images required per category: four (4) of individual work and one (1) mandatory booth shot showing your booth setup with work displayed but not revealing the artist's name or people in the booth
- Artist statement should convey the process used to create your work, not the inspiration
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date artist profile in ZAPP through February 2027 with current telephone, email, website, and postal mail
