Overview

The Tampa Fine Art Show by Hot Works is held 100% outdoors at Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park along Garrison Channel Riverwalk in downtown Tampa. The park features convenient Friday move-in access, modern restroom facilities, artist amenities, and ample nearby parking. Hot Works brings patrons specifically with money to spend on art through an extensive media and promotional campaign including TV, radio, print, digital marketing, social media, postcards, and banners.

Event dates: March 7–8, 2027
Friday move-in: 8:30am–6pm
Saturday hours: 10am–5pm
Sunday hours: 10am–4pm

Eligibility

All disciplines of media accepted. Must make your own work.

How to Apply

Submit your application electronically at www.zapplication.org or manually at www.hotworks.org. Include three images of your most compelling work and one image of your booth display as it will appear at the show. Jury payment of $35 is due with the application. Upon completion of jurying, you will receive notification of acceptance, rejection, or waitlist status.

Jury & Selection

A jury of art professionals familiar with art shows selects based on originality, technique/execution, and overall booth presentation. The decision of the judges is final. Artists chosen as alternates will be placed on a waiting list.

10' × 10' = $515
10' × 15' = $780
10' × 20' = $1,025
Corner booth: add $85
Ad in Event Program: add $75

Tent & Equipment Rental

Light Dome Tent: $275 + tax (includes setup and teardown)
Light Dome Tent & Pro-Panels: $475 + tax (includes setup and teardown)

About Hot Works

Hot Works is led by Patty Narozny with 35+ years of event production and media experience. The organization focuses on visual arts, emphasizes quality over quantity, and supports the unique relationship between artist and patron by not permitting food in booth areas or music that interferes with artist sales. All work must be original and personally handmade by the artist present at the show. Every effort is made to keep buy/sell/import out of the show.
