Board Member Commitment
- Albin Polasek: 7 regular meetings per year, plus events; 3-year term (can serve 3 consecutive terms); committee service required
- Art & History Museums: Meetings every other month on last Wednesday evenings; 1-2 committee assignments; annual gala attendance; exhibition and donor event attendance; 3-year term
- Bach Festival Society: Bi-monthly meetings September-May (typically afternoon, third or fourth Wednesday); committee service; staggered 3-year terms with no limit on renewals
- Central Florida Community Arts: 6 meetings per year (every other month, Thursday 6:30pm-8:30pm, hybrid option); committee service; attendance at performances and annual Anniversary Breakfast (late September); 3-year term with optional renewal for second 3-year term
Financial Contributions
- Albin Polasek: $1,000 requested; 100% board participation expected; in-kind contributions welcome
- Art & History Museums: $1,000 give or get policy
- Bach Festival Society: No set amount; contributions this year ranged from $100 to $45,000
- Central Florida Community Arts: Gift amount meaningful to member; no specific amount required
- ArtReach Orlando: Financial stewardship responsibility; support through give or get fundraising policy
