The St. Johns River Festival of the Arts invites artists to apply for the Fifteenth Annual Juried Fine Art and Fine Craft Festival in Historic Downtown Sanford, Florida. The festival takes place along charming brick streets lined with galleries, boutiques, cafés, pubs, and restaurants. The event attracts approximately 60,000 visitors throughout the weekend with extensive marketing and advertising throughout Central Florida.

230 First Street, Sanford, FL 32771. Outdoor festival in Historic Downtown Sanford with nearby artist parking, easy access from I-4 and SR 417, 24-hour security, and convenient drive-in registration and load-in/load-out.

Categories include, but are not limited to: Painting, Watercolor, Photography, Wood, Clay, Digital Art, Drawing and Graphics, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Mixed Media, and Sculpture. Jurors are experienced in evaluating both fine art and fine craft across all categories.

- Application/jury fee: $25
- Booth fee: $275 First Street; $235 Side Street (subject to change)
- First Street spaces are limited and typically fill early
- Emerging Artist Program: Six reduced-fee Side Street spaces for emerging artists who successfully complete jury process

Application Requirements
Minimum 3 images required to apply. Festival limited to approximately 150 artists.
Artist Benefits & Services
Complimentary breakfasts and lunches in the Artist Retreat Saturday and Sunday, booth sitters, and water service during festival hours. Convenient load-in and load-out. Extra-large booth spaces available for side exposure. Artists who apply early may be featured in media promotions and booth information included in festival program. Special hotel rates available from participating area hotels.
Artist Demonstration Scholarship Program
The festival encourages all artists to demonstrate during the event and will provide additional space when available. Artists with larger or more complex demonstrations, such as glass blowing, pottery, blacksmithing, and similar disciplines, may apply. If accepted, booth fees may be waived in exchange for a weekend commitment to demonstrate their medium.
