The 15th Annual Redlands Festival of Arts takes place Memorial Day Weekend in beautiful Smiley Park, featuring a juried fine art show with both two- and three-dimensional work. The festival includes a beer & wine garden, food trucks, and live entertainment, and supports local youth arts education programs.
