This listing provides current studio workspace opportunities in Berlin. The studio office accepts applications online and publishes new listings weekly. Properties are rented directly from respective landlords.

How to apply

Applications are made exclusively online via the application tool. Create an applicant profile, upload documents step by step or fill in required information fields, and save your progress at any time. The application is only submitted when all mandatory fields are completed, necessary documents are uploaded, and the Submit button is pressed.

Important notes

Start the application process well in advance. Submit documents a few days before the deadline to avoid server overloads. Contacting advisory board members regarding studio applications may result in exclusion from the process. If server overload prevents timely submission, no subsequent submissions can be accepted.

Studio listing guidelines

New studio listings are accepted weekly until Wednesday evenings and published Thursdays. Studios are published at a maximum price of EUR 15 per square metre gross (coworking spaces and desk spaces published at a flat rate). Offers must be verified by the studio office editorial staff before publication. The service is free and seriousness of information cannot be guaranteed.
