Open to professional and emerging artists, composers, writers, botanists, landscape architects, researchers, and others. Must be 21 years or older.
Creative Residents are housed in a small home off the main paths, hidden in the woods. The home is furnished, including bed and bath linens, shampoo, etc. The kitchen is stocked with essentials such as cookware, spices, and tea. Wi-Fi and laundry facilities are available in the home. Residents are responsible for their own meals. There is a smart car available for Residents' use.
There is no dedicated studio space on the grounds. Residents utilize the building as their studio. An electric piano is available for use. Residents stay one at a time with no overlap.
