Transatlantic Residencies is a program strengthening ties between France and Quebec. It offers graduate artists from MO.CO Esba – École supérieure des beaux-arts de Montpellier a three-month creative residency divided between Montreal and Gaspésie, with opportunities for research, experimentation, and immersion in Montreal's bilingual cultural context.
Residency Details
Each artist receives a studio-apartment for two months at Fonderie Darling in Montreal and a one-month stay at Gare de Matapédia with studio and private accommodation.

- Round-trip plane ticket (max. $800) and round-trip transportation between Montreal and Matapédia
- Total per diem of $2,600
- Grant combining stipend and production budget for a total of $3,000
