About
Overview
The Cultural Arts Alliance (CAA), with support from the St. Joe Community Foundation, invites artists, artisans, makers, and small businesses to participate in the CAA Art Bazaar at Watersound Town Center. The Art Bazaar transforms the East Lawn into an open-air marketplace where visitors can shop original artwork, handcrafted goods, and unique finds while enjoying live music and a vibrant community atmosphere held in conjunction with the First Friday Concert Series.

- Small businesses offering unique products, homegrown goods, vintage treasures, and artful décor
Booth Details
One 10' × 10' booth space is provided. Artists are responsible for providing tent (plain white preferred), tent weights or stakes, tables and chairs, display materials, lighting (solar or battery-powered recommended), and payment processing equipment. Artists are also responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax.
Booth Fees
- Non-members: $80
- CAA Members: $60
- Membership discounts and additional benefits available
Schedule
- Load-in begins at 2:30 p.m. at the east side of The Pavilion
- All booths must be fully installed and ready by 4:00 p.m.
- Art Bazaar and First Friday Concert: 4:00–8:00 p.m.
- Booths must remain open and staffed until 8:00 p.m.
- Breakdown begins at 8:00 p.m.; early departures not permitted
- Vehicle loading begins approximately 8:15 p.m.
Requirements
All tent equipment must be securely weighted or staked. Bring solar or battery-powered lighting, as electrical access is limited and sunset is approximately 7:00 p.m. Remove all displays, trash, and debris before leaving your space.
