Cohort Programs
- The Board Series: annual three-part series covering board member responsibility, board governance, and board president–executive director relationships (accommodates one board president and executive director per organization, up to 15 organizations total)
- The Fundraising Leadership Academy: cohort-style program for central Ohio development professionals or executive directors serious about fundraising best practices; includes robust curriculum, peer networking, and access to Columbus-based corporate funding partners; graduates are inducted into an alumni group with ongoing development opportunities
Fundraising Leadership Academy Eligibility
- Minimum three years of nonprofit development experience required
- Full-time paid staff status required; volunteers, board members, and part-time staff are not eligible
- Best suited for nonprofits located in and with a focus on central Ohio
