Eno Mill Studio Artists is a residency program featuring multiple multimedia and visual artists working in various disciplines including painting, drawing, mixed media, bookbinding, and illustration. The program showcases artists with diverse backgrounds and artistic practices based in North Carolina.

- Freddie Bell (Studio D): Multimedia artist exploring consciousness, community, and connection through color and varied repetition. 2022 Regional Emerging Artist Resident at Artspace; 2023 Snapdragon Fund Project Grant recipient; 2025 Durham Arts Council Artist Support Grant recipient.
- Alana Bennett (Studio 6): Multimedia artist focused on community connection and accessible art-making, including Social-Emotional Learning and adaptive arts. Collaborates with mother Kathy Burnside on intergenerational projects.
- Amanda Blanchard (Studio 1): Multimedia artist creating tattered/puzzle-based work. Graduate of Durham Tech (2018). Teaches crochet at Durham Arts Council. Held solo show at Duke University Brown Gallery in October 2024.
- Kathy Burnside (Studio E): Book binder and mixed media artist. Eno Arts Mill BIPOC Artist in Residence. Host of Junk Journal Artisans Meet-up.
- Elaine Evans (Studio 2): Multi-disciplinary artist working with clay, glass, wood, metal, paper, wax, and paint. Studied at Parsons School of Design and received MA from Florida International University. Previously held studios in Boston and Miami.
- Ber Kadens (Studio A): Visual artist focused on children's book illustration and writing with emphasis on nature.
