About the Curatorial Residency
Artpace has launched a pivotal partnership with the University Center Art History + Curatorial Studies Collective to support emerging African American female curators, particularly graduates from Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College. The revitalized Curatorial Residency program offers immersive industry experience and fosters meaningful professional networks for curators and Texas artists.
What's Included
Residents receive comprehensive support including stipends, housing, travel funds, and access to Artpace's library and archive resources. Participants engage directly with local artists, receive introductions to leading arts professionals, and broaden their curatorial expertise.
