Get matched →Art in The Loop is the 10th annual art festival held in east Memphis near Poplar & I-240 on Ridgeway Loop Road. The festival features fine art and fine craft across multiple disciplines including glass, metal, wood, clay, fiber, jewelry, sculpture, painting, photography, and printmaking. Approximately 60 to 75 artists will be admitted. The event offers free admission to the public, easy move-in, free parking, high-income visitor demographics, and vigorous marketing support including direct mail, outdoor advertising, print and broadcast media, and social media.
Artists working in glass, metal, fiber, clay, wood, found objects, and 2-D media (painting, photography, printmaking) are invited to apply. The jury will maintain strict standards of high quality and skill. Professional standards are expected, including proper tent/booth setup with minimum 50lbs weight per corner, liability insurance naming ArtWorks Foundation as additionally insured, and artist presence throughout the show (up to two assistants' credentials provided).
Submit five photos of representative work (including one booth shot) and complete the online Zapplication entry module. The jury process involves five judges. A wait-list will be used only to fill cancellations by category, not randomly.
Cash prizes will be awarded. Artists staff their own displays and handle all sales. No price reductions, specials, or sales are permitted during the show; it is presented as an exhibition of fine art, not a bargain event. Tennessee State Sales Tax filing information and credentials will be provided by ArtWorks Foundation. Booth sitters available as demand permits.
Every listing links to the organizer's official page. Always confirm deadlines, fees, and entry rules there before you apply.
