Citra Sasmita will examine Balinese cultural artifacts brought to European museums during the colonial period and explore the cultural diplomacy politics enacted by the colonizers, aiming to excavate pre-colonial Balinese culture and understand how colonial perspectives and aesthetic criteria persist today.
