It provides 43 artist studios, well-equipped workshops for printmaking, photography, wood, metal, ceramics, and large-scale work, a residency program welcoming 25+ artists annually, and BABEL, an exhibition space hosting 6 yearly exhibitions. The organization is collectively run by its resident artists through general meetings, committees, and working groups.
