Eligibility & Rules
- All work must be handmade by no more than three people in the artist's studio
- The primary artist must be present for the entire show
- No buy-sell, imported, mass-produced, or machine-line work permitted
- All work must be created by the exhibiting artist
- Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License required
Application Requirements
All applications must be submitted through ZAPP and must include five professional images: four representing your artwork and one image of your booth display. An artist statement is required. These images and statement are the only materials the jury will review. Artists may only display and sell items represented in their application.
Jury Process
All applications undergo a blind jury process. The jury reviews submitted images, image descriptions, and artist statements only—no identifying information should appear in any image. Jury scores are not released and all jury decisions are final.
Fees
- Application Fee: $35 (non-refundable)
- Booth Fees: 10' × 10' = $350; 10' × 20' = $700
- City of Phoenix Sales Tax: 9.1%
Refund Policy
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the event receive a full booth fee refund, minus credit card fees and a $75 processing fee. Application fees and business license fees are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 30 days of the event. All shows are rain or shine with no weather-related refunds.
Booth Requirements
A booth is defined as a 10' × 10' structure with a canopy and four sides. White canopies are preferred with minimum 40 lbs per leg (weights must be placed inside the booth). No staking is allowed. Tables must be draped to the ground. Booths must be clean, sturdy, safe, and professional. All artwork, displays, and storage must remain within assigned space; extending beyond requires advance approval. Failure to comply may result in removal and disqualification from future events. All 2D artwork must be hung or displayed on shelves, tables, or print racks.
