Additional Dates & Deadlines

• November 1, 2026: Application opens
• February 7, 2027: Applications close at 11:59pm MT
• February 15 through March 31, 2027: Jury process and internal review
• April 1, 2027: Artist status notification via email (invited, waitlisted, not invited)
• April 30, 2027: Deadline for accepted artists to submit their Artist Registration Form and booth fee payment
• Artists who have been accepted and elect to participate in the Festival (each a 'Participating Artist') must submit booth fee payments (invoiced via PayPal) to KAC and their executed Artist Registration Form to KAC by 11:59pm MT on April 30, 2027 (the 'Acceptance Deadline'). The term 'Participating Artist,' as used in this Prospectus, refers to both individual artists and collectively to co-artists who apply together in a single application and who will be displaying co-created works in a single booth.
• Artists who have been accepted but have not submitted the Artist Registration Form to KAC by the Acceptance Deadline (April 30th) will forfeit their acceptance to the Festival.
• May 1, 2027: KAC begins to invite waitlisted artists as space allows. This process will continue until Friday August 1st
• June 1, 2027: Deadline for full booth payment refunds
• June 15, 2027: Assigned booth and load-in times are sent to Participating Artists via email
• July 1, 2027: Deadline for partial booth payment refunds (50% of booth fee)

Artist Agreement

Each Participating Artist must complete and submit an Artist Registration Form which includes an agreement (the "Artist Agreement") setting forth the rules and regulations of the Festival (the "Festival Rules") and defining the rights and obligations of KAC and the Participating Artist with regard to Festival participation. The Artist Registration Form will be provided in the packet of materials to accepted artists.

Artist Applications

• Complete each application fully, including the artist statement, process, edition size and information about the images submitted
• Five images are required, as follows:
• Four images representative of the quality and style of an artist's body of work to be exhibited at the Festival are required per application
• The fifth image must be of a booth or display of the artist's work
