About
Position
The Neighborhood Center of the Arts weaving department seeks a weaving instructor to manage the weaving department 3 days a week, assisting 4-5 artists at a time.
Schedule
- Wednesday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm
Responsibilities
Assist artists with designing and creating weaving and textile projects from start to finish, including pricing, inventorying, displaying, and daily documentation for each artist.
Requirements
Must understand the mechanics of floor and table looms and have basic knowledge of weaving and other textile projects.
