Up to 75% of the total cost of the project

This grant supports the circulation of works, shows, and exhibitions by Quebec artists and curators outside Quebec in Canada and internationally. The program aims to increase exposure for Quebec artists on world arts markets, develop presentation networks, extend work lifespan, and encourage new artistic cooperation through coproductions and reciprocal agreements.

Architectural research, Arts and crafts, Circus arts, Dance, Digital arts, Film and video art, Literature and storytelling, Multidisciplinary arts, Music, Song, Theatre, and Visual arts.

  • Professional artist or recognized independent curator from Quebec
  • Canadian citizen or landed immigrant
  • Resident of Quebec with at least 12 months prior residence
  • Have met professional experience requirements in one of the supported disciplines
  • For music/popular song: assistance aimed at entrepreneurial artists; cannot receive support from both CALQ and SODEC

Application must be submitted at least four weeks before the start of the project and accompanied by written confirmation from at least one venue recognized for presentation of works, indicating the project date and presentation terms.

  • Maximum amount: 75% of the total cost of the project

Professional artists or recognized independent curators from Quebec who are Canadian citizens or landed immigrants, with minimal professional experience in disciplines supported by CALQ, and who have resided in Quebec for at least 12 months.
