Overview
PAFA is pleased to announce the relaunch of two uninstructed workshops—Open Drawing and Open Sculpture. These workshops serve as dedicated spaces for PAFA alumni to build community and work with either sculpture or drawing materials live from the model.
Drawing Sessions
Six-week sessions will feature poses of different lengths from a variety of models. Participants are responsible for supplying their own drawing boards and materials and are welcome to work in their choice of media within PAFA's rules for permitted materials and clean air policies. A faculty monitor will be onsite for pose set-up and basic supervision, but instruction is not provided.
Sculpture Sessions
Each six-week session will consist of (2) three-week poses with different models. Participants are expected to bring/provide their own armatures and clay. A faculty monitor will be onsite for pose set-up and basic supervision, but instruction is not provided.
