It aims to promote contemporary art and design, strengthen Swiss–Serbian cultural exchange, integrate art into a diplomatic environment, and enhance architectural identity through artistic intervention.
Open to Swiss and Serbian artists, designers, and collectives, as well as joint Swiss–Serbian collaborations.
Art must align with a professional diplomatic setting. Projects should demonstrate conceptual clarity, originality and innovation, high material quality, sustainability and durability, low maintenance, and long-term relevance.
Selected artworks will be installed across offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, circulation spaces, and representational areas within the Embassy.
Design specifically for the Embassy space, balance creativity with professionalism, focus on durable materials, show clear conceptual thinking, and include high-quality visuals. Avoid ignoring the diplomatic context, submitting generic or non-site-specific concepts, overly complex or high-maintenance designs, weak visual presentation, and incomplete application materials.
