The Omaha Tribe of Nebraska Cannabis Regulatory Commission is accepting applications for commercial cannabis licenses. All licenses are revocable privileges under Tribal law and are not property rights.

Applications are reviewed for completeness, then scored and ranked using published merit-based criteria. No random lotteries are used for selection.
