About the Partnership
In March 2018, Delfina Foundation and Art Jameel launched a partnership enabling the two organisations to extend their international reach and develop new programming and residency initiatives. Art Jameel has access to Delfina Foundation's expertise in running artists' residencies at the Jameel Arts Centre in Dubai and Hayy: Creative Hub in Jeddah. Delfina Foundation expands its mandate through Art Jameel's strategic thinking on the relationship between arts and social change.
Leadership
Aaron Cezar, director of Delfina Foundation, was appointed Senior Advisor at Art Jameel, working across curatorial, educational, residency planning, collection building, advocacy, and organisational development. Fady Jameel, President of Art Jameel, joined Delfina Foundation's board of trustees.

Delfina Foundation is London's largest provider of international residencies, hosting 40 artists and practitioners each year. The Foundation launched in 2007 with an initial focus on the Middle East and North Africa, expanding internationally with programmes on performance, food, and public space.
